Hey... Well i love this song and haven't been able to find a tab of it so after watching
videos closely i have come up with something that sounds pretty good.

Tuning: Standard
CAPO: Live he plays with a capo on the first, however I think the guitar is tuned down a half step. So no capo

There are two basic parts for the verse that are just repeated throughout the song...

 Part 1
e|----0---0-0----5p0-0-5p0-0-5p0-0-5p0--------|
B|----1---1s3---------------------------------|
G|----0h2-2s4---------------------------------|
D|----0h2-2s4---------------------------------|
A|----0---0-0---------------------------------|
E|----x---------------------------------------|

 Part 2
e|----000---0---00-00--0-000------------------|
B|----111---1---11-11--1-111------------------|
G|----222---2---20-0h2-2-00h2-----------------|
D|----222---333333-33--3-333------------------|
A|----x-----333333-33--3-333------------------|
E|----x-----0---------------------------------|

Chorus: Am, G, F, C(Barre)

(part 1)
In the quiet of the shadow
(part 2)
In the corner of a room
(part 1)
Darkness moves upon you
(part 2)
Like a cloud across the moon

You're aware in all the silence
Of a constant that will turn
Like the windmill left deserted
Or the sun forever burn

Am G F C
So don't forget to breathe
Am G F C
Don't forget to breathe
Am G
We're all lifers here
  F C
No eleventh hour reprieve
Am G F(hold)
So don't forget to breathe
E(hold)
 Keep your head above water
But don't forget to breathe

(part 1)
(part 2)

And all the suffering that you've witnessed
And the hand prints on the wall
They remind you how it's endless
How endlessly you fall

And the answer that you're seeking
For the question that you found
Drives you further to confusion
As you lose your sense of ground

So don't forget to breathe
Don't forget to breathe
Your whole life is here
No eleventh hour reprieve
So don't forget to breathe

Keep your head above water
But don't forget to breathe

Breathe....

Don't forget to breathe
Don't forget to breathe
You know you are here
But you find you want to leave
So don't forget to... breathe

Just breathe
Just breathe
Just breathe...
Just breathe...
Just breathe...

I would like to add that after seeing him Live i have concluded that he does always play this song with a Capo on the 1st fret. But he also tunes his guitar down a half step for the whole set. So you can either play this song with a capo on 1 and tune down a half step, or leave it in standard tunning and play with no capo.

Sounds good. The only thing I felt was missing was a low tone. I dropped the 6th string from E to D. Play it open on part 1 then on the 3rd fret on part 2. You'll have to adjust the G and F chords, but the overall effect is still worth it.

Part one seems a little off, but its still a pretty good tab. Well done.
