Have to (partly) disagree: the chorus is C minor, not C major, therefore the chord progression in the chorus should be Cm - Es - Gm - As - Bb - Cm; last line chorus should be Fm instead of F. The last paragraph (bridge before the final chorusses) should be F# instead of F#m without changing the chord at "C'mon and scream"; it sounds like different chords, but it's not, the bass is playing A# (which is the major Third to F#) and then C# (which is the Fifth of F#), the other instrumentes don't change the chord.
