The song starts at [0:21]
The song is played in G, but in the clip Dan's guitar is tuned
down a full tone to D-G-C-F-A-D, and he has a capo at the 2nd
fret to bring it back up to concert pitch. This is a common
practise for 12 string guitar players, as the slacker strings
take some of the strain off of the guitar neck. If you're on
a 6 string just play it in G, no capo or detuning needed.

G     = 320033  D     = xx0232  D/A   = x00232  G/D = xx0033
G/F#  = 2x0033  D/C#  = x40232  D/E   = xx2232  F#  = 244322
Em    = 022000  C     = x32010  D/F#  = xx4232  D/C = x30232
Em7/D = xx0000  Dsus2 = xx0230  C/B   = x2x010  D/B = x20232
Bm    = x24432  D4    = xx0233  Am7   = x02010
Bm/F# = 224432  C/G   = 332010  Am7/E = 002010
