It's mostly perfect, just one small correction:

In the pre-chorus, "Between the... Streetsweepers and the..."

It goes Am, G, C, F, G (you have the C and F switched)

Not sure about you, but when I hear it, the whole song is a half step down. I transposed it down to B and it sounded bang on.
