Needs a few timing corrections and bass sounds off in some part, other than that, it's ok. 4*

The main riff is really off, it's clearly got some kind of descending G F# E to it and you just have it as G E E. I think it's pretty much an E5/G, E5/F#, E5 (all 3 note chords), sometimes with a fourth note over the top (ex an open G on the first chord). You can tell this even more clearly if you watch the Universal DVD. Also, the whole song has a triplet feeling to it (either use triplets or transcribe it in 6 or 12) - with it in 4 like you have it there are a lot of rhythms that sound really wrong, especially the vocals in the prechorus, and the measure breaks aren't making sense with what's going on with the actual music.
