Nice simple chords. I usually like maj7ths, but I think you've got it right. Let the singer hit the 7th with his voice and it really sounds nice against the major chords. I do think that the D7s over "day" and "see" sound a lot better as an Am7 going to D7. Also prefer an A7 to G over "going." I appreciate your precise placement of the chord changes at the correct words. A lot of other folks seem pretty careless with chord placement which can make singing the song somewhat of a challenge. Thanks!
