Capo 6

This is pretty close to the main riff used in the song. I think
there are two guitars in the intro and it's hard to tell
which is which but this sounds ok.

                      Intro chords: C F C F then ^(this chord)^

        Am G C
Another year has passed us by
         F C G
It was gone in a blink of an eye
          F C
We've got 15 bucks
             Em Am
Seems we're down on our luck
          F
But who cares
                  G
You're with me tonight

Interlude: Am G F

This is our time now

 C G
When the fire burns out
           Em F
And it's only me and you
 Am
Shimmery lights outside
       G
They reflect your eyes
        F G
As you say "I love you too"
 C G
When the sun comes up
          Em F
And the snow falls from the roof
        Am G F
I can smile because I spent my Christmas with you

//Interlude: play the main riff twice, once with C in the background
and the second time with F//

Am G C
All the shops are closed
        F C G
Busy streets never felt more alone
  F C Em Am
Everyone around in this crazy-ass town
     F G
So ready to finally be home
    Am G C
So I'll sit by the fire
            F C G
Watching re-runs and making you smile
          F C
Sharing cookies you burnt
            Em Am
You spilt milk on my shirt
        F
That's okay
                  G
You're with me tonight

Interlude: Am G F
This is our time now

Interlude: Am G F

And the snow falls from the roof
        Am G F C
I can smile because I spent my
        Am G F C
I can smile because I spent my
        Am G F Fm
I can smile because I spent my Christmas with you

Outro: play the main riff twice, once with C in the background
and the second time with F, then the song fades out. So you need
to come up with a way to end it. I usually just play F, F minor,
and then C and end it on C. Enjoy!
