This is my first tab...and I know for a fact it won't be a good one! Understand
that these chords are probably wrong...HOWEVER, they are good to sing and play on the
guitar. Just don't complain in the comments saying "It's wrong!!! I hate you GO DIE!!!"
I understand they aren't right.
I usually just pluck and throw in some sporadic hammer-ons and pull-offs for the
introduction, verses, and beginning of the bridge and then play the full chords on the
pre-choruses, the choruses and the rest of the bridg. You can play the full chord or
just pluck it all (whatever you're more comfortable with).

Capo.............optional!!!!!!!!!!

Notes:
*=One full strum
...that's all the notes you need!

Chords:
G 320033
Cadd9 x32030
Em7 x22030
D x00232
D/F# 200230

Verse 1:
      G Cadd9 Em7 D
-My belief is in pieces. The sheets have grown cold,
       G Cadd9 Em7 D
-and I wish you could feel this but you'll never know.
                G Cadd9 Em7 D
-Because you're perfectly perfect, and you're never alone.
               G Cadd9 Em7 D
-And you'll be blind 'till you find what I've found

Pre-Chorus 1:
       Em7 Cadd9 G D
-in you and me because we're two different people
          Em7 Cadd9 G
-I'm from Texas; You're from California,
    D
-and I should've warned ya
Em7 Cadd9
-that we aren't the same at all.
G D Em7
-You're strong; I like to fall for you
         Cadd9 G D
-because we are two different people,
          Em7* G* D*
-but I'll learn from my mistakes.

Chorus:
     G Cadd9
-And now I know what I've been waiting for.
 Em7 D
-Now I know what I've been waiting for.
 G Cadd9
-now I know what I've been waiting for,
      Em7 D/F# G Cadd9
-it's for another love that's nothing like yours
              D/F#
because we're two different people.

Interlude:
-G Cadd9 Em7 D x2

Verse 2: (same pattern)
-I wrote a letter on Monday to get some things off my chest,
-and it's full of these bitter words laying here on my desk.
-And it's haunting my bedroom, but I wont send it yet
-because I'm afraid that you'll find what I've found

Pre-Chorus 2: (same pattern)
-in you and me because were two different people.
-You're a Libra; I'm a Gemini.
-I'm honest; you like to lie and
-we aren't the same. You see,
-I could tell you weren't in love with me
-because you and me, we're two different people,
-but I'll learn from my mistakes.

*Chorus*

Bridge:
-Em7 Cadd9 G D
-Em7 Cadd9 G D*
                         Em7 Cadd9 G D
-And I've got to let you go.
                             Em7 Cadd9
-Oh, and I've got to let you go.
                                G D
-Because you're making me crazy, and I'm serious baby
                         Em7 Cadd9
-Oh, I've got to let you go
                         G D
-and I've got to let you go.

Verse 3:
      G Cadd9 Em7 D
-My belief is in pieces. The sheets have grown cold,
                G Cadd9 D
-and you're the furthest from anything that I'll ever call home.

*Chorus*

Outro:
-G Cadd9 Em7 D
-G Cadd Em7

...and that's it! Again, I know it's wrong, but this is just a base to help those of you
who actually know what you're doing. Just use it to impress girls...or make them feel
bad because it pertains to them idk just use it! And if you're a girl...use it for guys
:D...or girls...I don't judge...

Sounds like it should be Em7 Cadd9 Em7 D. The rest sounds correct to me. (:
