Well, the Chorus and Bridge are spot on, and I don't hear anything glaringly bad about the drums anywhere, but the Guitars are incorrect during the Intro and Verses. For example, the intro in the rhythm should be closer to:

Key | Bar
- space of an 8th note
= hold note from the last bar

|--------|--------|--------|--------|--------|--------|--------|--------|
|--------|--------|--------|--------|--------|--------|--------|--------|
|6-6-666-|--------|4-4-444-|--------|6-6-666-|--------|4-4-4449|=99-9999|
|6-6-6666|=66-6666|4-4-4444|=44-4444|6-6-6666|=66-6666|4-4-4449|=99-9999|
|4-4-4447|=77-7777|2-2-2224|=44-4444|4-4-4447|=77-7777|2-2-2227|=77-7777|
|-------5|=55-5555|-------2|=22-2222|-------5|=55-5555|--------|--------|

There's a different timing in the chord changes than what you have going on in the tab, and while it doesn't sound bad, it isn't quite accurate to the song, and I would recommend going through the song again and really listening to the way that the chords change, and then after that's done looking at the clean guitar part.

Also, on a personal note, keep working on your ear. There is definitely something there, and if you put your head to it I'm sure you can have great tabs coming out in no time. On that note, I cannot in good conscience give this tab a rating, only give a little advice on making it better so that I can later.
