I'd figure out this chord by ear... it's sound good and simple to play. Or you can
use Capo on 1st fret... it's the song by fan acoustic cover on youtube...
And the strumming plays would be like this ---> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQqRPp9aRkc
just check it out the way he strum... but my chord are different with they play.. so it's simple.

Dm C Bb C

Dm C
How stubborn are the scars when they won't fade away?
Bb C
Or just a gentle reminder that now are better days?
Dm C
We'll be home soon, so dry your eyes,
Bb
You'll be okay..

Dm
Oh my God!
C Bb C
The water is rising,it's rising!
Dm C
You just have to believe in me!
Bb C
Failing that I'll ride this storm alone!

Dm C Bb C

(STRUM SLOWLY)
Dm C Bb
We can still make it out,
                          C Dm
I can help you through this,
                          C Bb
But you have to take my hand!
                 C Dm
I can take you home,

(PLAY 2 Times)
Dm C Bb
I should've known the tides were getting higher.
                C
We can still survive.
Dm C Bb
They think we're drowning but our heads are still above the waves,
             C
Above the waves.

(STRUM SLOWLY)
Dm
   You never said goodbye,
C-Bb
    You never said goodbye,
C-Dm
    You never said goodbye,
C-Bb
And now you're on your own.
