G/F# - 2x0033 | Am - 002210
Em7 - 022033 | C - 032010
Cadd9 - 032033 | Em - 022000

[Verse 1]
G G/F#
 You're not alone
             Em7
 Together we stand
                Cadd9 G
I'll be by your side you know I'll take your hand
               G/F#
When it gets cold
                      Em
And it feels like the end
                     Cadd9 Em7
There's no place to go you know I won't give in
Cadd9 Em7
  No I won't give in
Cadd9 D

[Chorus]
G G/F# Em7
Keep holding on
                       Cadd9
'cause you know we'll make it through we'll make it though
G G/F# Em7
Just stay strong
                     Cadd9
'cause you know i'm here for you i'm here for you
G
There's nothing you could say (nothing we could say)
G/F#
Nothing you could do (nothing we could do)
Em7 Cadd9
There's no other way when it comes to the truth so
G G/F# Em7
Keep holding on
                       Cadd9
'cause you know we'll make it through we'll make it through

[Verse]
G G/F#
 So far away
                 Em7
I wish you were here
                 Cadd9 G
Before it's too late this could all disappear
                  G/F#
Before the doors close
                    Em7
And it comes to an end
                Cadd9 Em7
With you by my side I will fight and defend
Cadd9 Em7
 I'll fight and defend
Cadd9 D
Yeah, yeah

[Chorus]
G G/F# Em7
Keep holding on
                       Cadd9
'cause you know we'll make it through we'll make it though
G G/F# Em7
Just stay strong
                     Cadd9
'cause you know i'm here for you i'm here for you
G
There's nothing you could say (nothing we could say)
G/F#
Nothing you could do (nothing we could do)
Em7 Cadd9
There's no other way when it comes to the truth so
G G/F# Em7
Keep holding on
                       Cadd9
'cause you know we'll make it through we'll make it through

[Bridge]
Am C
Hear me when I say when I say I believe
Am Em
Nothing's gonna change nothing's gonna change destiny

What is meant to be will work out perfectly

Keep holding on
                       Cadd9
'cause you know we'll make it through we'll make it through

Hmm...it sounds like there's more of a difference in the song than there is between G and G/F#...
