The basic verse follows a simple augmentation:

The actual chord progression sounds like this, which is not very easy to play, but is 
right sound if you wish

to play about with tuning to make it easier. It is effectively an F, with the bass going 
to E to Eb to D with the

above augmentation happening.

According to the release party video, Arjen plays it with a capo on the 5th fret. It looks/sounds to me like the verse is played like as follows, with the right hand deciding when to play the B and high E string rather than the left hand moving (which can be tricky)

The chorus chords (which are absolutely right) become Em, Bm, Dm and Am with the capo
