The bridge you have written as:
G,Dsus4,Dsus2
Sounds much better (and probably more correct as:
Cadd9, G, D (strum D once, then some picking with Dsus2)

Also the end chorus first two "Cause I know that you are locked up in your room" are better as Em, not G. The last one is fine as the song ends on G.
