The picking pattern for the c is:

Thanks for posting this, but it might be of interest for viewers to know that the E throws in that same D as the C to make it an E7 each second time through fingerpicking. Also, it's not a C/D, / refers to an altered baseline, I would call it a Cadd2. Also, if fingerpicking, when on the F, hit the high e string F on the second time through in the same way that you hit the D in the E7 and the Cadd2.
