##EDIT - I have since reviewed this tab and made some slight corrections.
I have also corrected the horrible English at the start a little better. EDIT##

I got tired of not seeing a chord tab for this when it first came out, so I created this.
Hopefully this will help everyone.

[Verse]

     C D G D/F# Em
Our whole universe was in a hot dense state,
            C D G D/F# Em
Then nearly fourteen billion years ago expansion started. Wait...
    C D
The Earth began to cool,
    G D/F# Em
The autotrophs began to drool,
       C D
Neanderthals developed tools,
           G D/F# Em
We built a wall (we built the pyramids),
C D G D/F# Em
Math, science, history, unraveling the mysteries,
     C D G
That all started with the big bang!

[Verse]

           C D G D/F# Em
"Since the dawn of man" is really not that long,
         C D G D/F# Em
As every galaxy was formed in less time than it takes to sing this song.
  C D G D/F# Em
A fraction of a second and the elements were made.
    C D
The bipeds stood up straight,
    G D/F# Em
The dinosaurs all met their fate,
              C D
They tried to leap but they were late
             G D/F# Em
And they all died (they froze their asses off)
    C D
The oceans and pangea
        G D/F# Em
See ya, wouldn't wanna be ya
       C D G
Set in motion by the same big bang!
       C D Am7
It all started with the big BANG!

[Bridge]

D G Em Am7
It's expanding ever outward but one day
D G Em Am7
It will cause the stars to go the other way,
Am7 D Am7 D
Collapsing ever inward, we won't be here, it wont be hurt
Am7 G/B C D
Our best and brightest figure that it'll make an even bigger bang!

[Solo]

C D G D/F# Em
C D G D/F# Em

[Verse]

C D G D/F# Em
Australopithecus would really have been sick of us
C D G D/F# Em
Debating out while here they're catching deer (we're catching viruses)
C D G D/F# Em
Religion or astronomy, Encarta, Deuteronomy
   C D G
It all started with the big bang!
 C D G D/F# Em
Music and mythology, Einstein and astrology
   C D G
It all started with the big bang!
   C D G
It all started with the big BANG!

this is awesome. any idea how you got the chords to match up? i've been trying to work out how to post chord annotations to the net without losing format, without much luck :/

@Sioloc, use a monospaced font like Courier; each letter including spaces are the same width, so you don't lose space between chord annotations like you will using other fonts that have skinnier spaces.
