The "F" on "To save us all..." (and similar parts) should be a "Dm".

Dm C
To save us all from Satan's power

Between the "F" and the "E" over "still proceeding guide us..." (and similar parts) should be a "Dm".

Am G C F
Westward leading, still proceeding.
Dm E Am E Am E
Guide us to thy perfect light.

Otherwise, I think it's spot on.

Because of this I figured it out quite quickly. Thanks!

Great tabs for sure. A possible alternative to Eagle-Man's amendment, I prefer the following

G D D7
To save us all from Satan's power
