Everyone else was getting one chord wrong, I wondered why it sounded so funky. I only
on the right answer while playing another Barenaked Ladies Song. Anytime someone says "C"
"C9", they should have put in Am7.
Enjoy

If you watch them play live he is playing a variation of the C chord,
E 0 or 3

D 2

I am not 100% sure it is this, but I am 100% sure is not am7 or c9

K this is kinda annoying that its not showing up, but it should be a regular c chord with 3rd fret on the b string and open or third fret on the top E
