Thanks for taking the time to tab this out! This song & the majority of Beach Slang tunes are played with a capo. This song should be played with a capo on the third fret to get the same sound as the record. Thanks

Yep you are right. Verse-D to D variation to G. The main track is definitely played with a capo on the second fret. Last time I put in my two cents on a tab with out a guitar in hand! The second verse chord , from what I can tell off my phone speaker is a variation of a D chord—the high e string is open strings G & B are fretted like a D chord, the D string is open and the A string is fretted at the second string. I have been wrong before so correct me please if I’m off. The string picking at the two minute mark is definitely a D chord played on the higher strings so, for me, the capo at the 2nd fret is essential to getting the right sound for Beach Slang. A guitar played with a capo at the 7th fret sounds good played along with the capo at the 2nd fret. I’m glad people are getting tabs up for Beach Slang and really hope to see more. They might be the best band out there now. Keep the tabs coming! I’ll get the ball rolling-
punks in a disco bar-capo on the 6th fret
Hard luck kid-capo on the 2nd fret
Atom Bomb is definitely standard tuning. Thanks-Chai
