it got messed a little after submitting it, but each line is E E E A C#min
then the chorus is one line of A then one line of C#min then one E E E A C#min then the A then C#min again... i hope that makes it less confuseing...

i always play E to a C#5 for the main part of the song.

then for the chorus I play a
A-c#m-E-c#5
A-c#m-E-D
