From her album Central Reservation

(Simple picking pattern easy to work out)

Intro:
Bm           D
Bm           D

Verse 1:

Bm
Took a friend I found

           D
Cross some blood red river

Bm
Never did find my way home

   D
In time to forgive her

Pre-Chorus 1:

Bm              D                F#         F#7
Why must people always want what they can't have

Bm              D                F#           F#7
Why must people always grab what they'd never grasp

Chorus:

Bm
How did we get so far

D                  F#
How did we move so fast away

         F#7               Bm
From the lilac-lillied lake

    D               F#
I'm sure we used to stay

      F#7
Is it only a dream away

Bm     D     F#    F#7

Verse 2:

Took a raft I found
Cross some blood red river
Never did find my way home
In time for my dinner

Pre-Chorus 2:

Why must people always want what they never have
Why is it a crime to miss a part of you that's bled

Chorus

Bm   D       F#
                  Only a dream away ...

Bm   D       F#
                Away ... yeah

Bm   D       F#

Verse 3:

Lost a friend I found
Down some blood red river
Never did find my way home
In time to forget her

Pre-Chorus 3:

Why must people always want what they can't have
Why must people always take but forget to ask

Chorus

Bm   D          F#
      only a dream ... only a dream away

Bm   D          F#
              away ... yeah

Bm   D          F#      Bm

It seems like she uses a capo on the 2nd fret.
If you use a capo on the 2nd fret, your new chords will be this way:

Bm --> Am
D --> C
F# --> E(/B)
F#7--> E7(/B)

It's pretty obvious, try and you'll see it's easier to play it accurately this way.
And also: try F#/C# (E/B) instead of F# (E) (don't pick the 6th string)
Anyway, in absolute means, it's an excellent tab!

@guyr
these chords are perfect for 99's Central Reservation version, no capo needed
the 'D' (no idea what's the proper name) however should be played like this:
