For the Sake of the World

Verse:

E A
I'm laying down my life

                  E
I'm giving up control

                    A
I'm never looking back

            C#m
I surrender all

                     A E A
I'm living for Your glory on the earth

E A
This passion in my heart

                     E
This stirring in my soul

                     A
To see the nations bow

                     C#m
For all the world to know

                      A E A
I'm living for Your glory on the earth

Chorus:
E A
For the sake of the world burn like a fire in me

E A C#m
Light a flame in my soul for every eye to see

                      A E (B)
For the sake of the world burn like a fire in me

Bridge:
C#m A
For every knee to bow down

                       E
For every heart to believe

                        B
For every voice to cry out

                   C#m
Burn like a fire in me

                        A
For every tongue to confess

                   E
You alone are the King

                          B
You are the hope of the earth

                 C#m---E
Burn like a fire in me

Great tab, it's even easier to play it on capo 3 where E>G, A>C, C#m>em, and B>D :)

Good chord chart. The A is supposed to be an Esus, and it should all be in the key of F# to match the original. Also it is easier if Capo 6 key of C.

In the verse I like to use Esus instead of A. Great song either way! Also, the instrumental after the bridge is
A B C#m E A F#m C#m B
