great tab! but it can be much simpler if you take out the A7 and the Cm and it still sounds good. Also i tabbed this out for myself and an F sounds just as good as the Dm but i guess it is preference

The chord you labeled as Cm is actually a major chord that would be better labeled as C/G. Other than that, it looks good.
