Verse 1
(N.C.) (Riff 1)
Ain't no sunshine when she's gone
(N.C.) (Riff 1)
I'ts not warm when she goes away
(N.C.) (Riff 2)
Ain't no sunshine when she's gone

And she's always gone too long,
                  (Riff 1)
Any time she goes away

Verse 2

Wonder this time where she's gone.
Wonder if she's gone to stay.
Ain't no sunshine when she's gone,
And this house just ain't no home,
Any time she goes away

Bridge

(N.C.)
I know (x26)
Hey, i ought to leave the young thing alone,
                           (Riff 1)
But ain't no sunshine when she's gone.

Verse 3

Ain't no sunshine when she's gone
Only darkness every day
Ain't no sunshine when she's gone
And this house just ain't no home
Any time she goes away
Any time she goes away
Any time she goes away
Any time she goes away
Any time she goes away

(Finishes on an Am chord)

I like to add the little finger on the fifth fret for the starting riff on the Am.
