Nope. wrong chords first in chorus/verse section. You use slash chords in some places, why not use them where they are supposed to be throughout the song?
[D] doesn't [C/E] have to [D/F#] be a [D] reason [D#+7] anyway

then it goes to Fadd9 to G. your F to C to G is not right.

bridge : she [D/F#] touches me and [F#/ A# ] i get turned [Bm7] around to D7/A to G for the next ch/verse

when it happens in the oohs it's the same as above then the chords over the 'oohs are G , D/F# , Em7. then G . 3 stars tops.

If you want the most accurate version of this song, I recommend Version 6. It's spot on, probably taken from the original Hal Leonard sheet music. If you're a piano player, you'll notice that the bass lines and chord inversions are correct.
