this is how i play the song on acoustic, i think it's pretty close:

C C/B Am C/B

chorus
F G C

not sure what to do for the pre-chorus and bridge, and there's something missing in the chorus, but that's the basic idea of it. in the same key of the song too!

You need a G after the Fsharp minor in the verse.
