STAY TOGETHER FOR THE KIDS - Blink-182
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tabbed by: Denis M.
Email: Nfsjunkie91@yahoo.com

Tuning: Standard

This is my first transcription, so bear with me. I figured these chords out for an
as best as I could. I haven't figured out the 2 measure intro though, but if I do
I'll update this.

Also, on the B minor, I found it best to not play the high E, but it's subjective.
the chords during the verse start just before the lyrics do. You can listen to the song to
a feel for it, it's pretty straightforward.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    D Bm A G
e|--2---x---0---3---|
B|--3---3---2---3---|
G|--2---4---2---0---|
D|--0---4---2---0---|
A|--0---2---0---2---|
E|--x---x---x---3---|

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

D
It's hard to wake up
Bm
When the shades have been pulled shut
A
This house is haunted, it's so pathetic, it makes no sense at all.
D
I'm ripe with things to say
Bm
The words rot and fall away.
A
If a stupid poem could fix this home I'd read it every day.

Chorus
G D G D
So here's your holiday, hope you enjoy it this time, you gave it all away
         G D
It was mine, so when you're dead and gone
         G D
Will you remember this night, Twenty years now lost? It's not right

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And then it's the same pattern as the first verse for the second

During the bridge, play D-A-G-A repeating throughout, then the chorus rhythm starts
and repeats until the end of the song.

Thanks for bearing with me, and I hope these chords help.

hey, hey!
I've figured out the same, but I would play the verses like this: D-Bm-A-G, just think about that!

;)

I'd use Asus4 instead of just A.
It sounds quite a bit more accurate.
