OK, so this is one of the sexiest blues songs you'll ever hear.  
Think of Since I Been Lovin You, or Babe I'm Gonna Leave You by Led Zeppelin; slow 
6/8 blues with a walkin bass line.  
I would recommend listening to the song first if you're not familiar with it 
already, the lyrics fit very loosely over the chords.  
While its probably best suited for guitar, it sounds pretty good on a piano too. Enjoy :D

The two chords that start the second part of the bridge, over the words, "I know I can be yeah" are reversed.

All Adims are F/A's, or possibly F7/A, but there's definitely an F in there.
In the Cm-Gm7-Cm-C leading up to the bridge the Gm7 is a G major, not minor.
