Skinny Love by Bon Iver is a terrific song, and it's obviously a must-learn on most 
peoples' list. But, tuning the key of C could be quite a pain in the rear, so here's a 
standard tuning for you :)


CAPO 5 (or lower if you have a deeper voice)

Intro - Em, G, Em, G, Em, G, Am, C (Listen to the song to get a feel of the timing)

In the chorus, I found that it fits really well with the song's chords when you play:
Em
And I told you to be patient,
G Am
And I told you to be fine

and so on for the rest of the chorus, until you get to
"And in the morning I'll be with you"
then you change back to an Em, G, Am, C pattern

It's a minor change but it may sound better for some people! Hope it helps :)
