This is one of the song from the upcoming album "What About Now". They played it
live a couple times and I thought it would be awesome to play.

I think you'll have to use the capo on the first to play along.
Have fun and please rate.

C F
Last night I had a dream
C F
The dream I had was true
C F
I fell through the stars
C F
Went walking on the moon
Am F G
Burned like a thousand candles in her arms

C F
The skin under my finger tips
C F
Honeysuckle of her lips
C F Am
Sweeter than a man deserves to taste
F G
Mercy, mercy, what else can I say?

    C F C F C F
But Amen. Amen Amen

C F
Last night we were born together
C F
It was like we'd always been
C F
She'll be with me forever
C F
If I don't see her again
Am F G
We poured the wine until our cup ran over

C F
Unfolding like the mystery
C F
Inside of her like poetry
C F Am
A thousand horses running through my veins
F G
Mercy, mercy what else can I say

    C F C F C F
But Amen. Amen Amen

Am F
I laid down in her garden
Am F
Naked on her floor
Am F
Windows up, the curtains blowing
Am F
She don't lock the door

 Am F C G Am F C G
Amen, Amen

C F
At the banquet table
C F
A beggar at a feast
C F
I felt her tongue between my lips
C F
And I forgot to breath
Am F G
We stayed there 'til the candles burned the carpet

C F
Last night I had a dream
C F
The dream I had was true
C F Am
Mercy, mercy, what else can I say
F G
Mercy, mercy, I’ll kneel down and pray

 C F C F
Amen, Amen

 Am F C G Am F C G
Amen, Amen

Thanks for the awesome reply. I would really love to play it like Richie but I'm just not that great a guitar player. But this song really struck me as one of the favorites together with That's what the water made me. So I got excited and played around on the guitar and this tab was born. It's great that you like :) Always up for more positive feedback.
