Hey man, good tab, almost perfect. I was listening to the song and I think there's just a couple of things different.

Firstly in the verse when the guitar comes in with the strumming pattern, it's

A major x8
Csharp minor x4
Fsharp minor x4
Bminor7 x2
D major x2

Instead of going to D major x 4 for the last chord, it's actually Bminor7 x 2, then to D major.

B minor 7 is

Also the riff for the chorus I'm pretty sure is a bit more like this

e---------------------------------------------------10--10-10-
b-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8/13--13-13--12--10---12--12-12---10--10-10-
g-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6/11--11-11--11--11---12--12-12---11--11-11-
d---------------------------------------12--12-12--12--12--12-
a---------------------------------------10--10-10--12--12--12
e---------------------------------------------------10--10--10-

hope that helps!

sorry for the wonky looking tab, the first bit of the riff was the corrected bit, the chords at the end (g major to d major) are the same

For the riff that enters into and goes through the verse, the chords are:
A7 D7 Bm D

(I'm dividing the beat as rather quick: about 210 bpm)
1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4
|-A7-A7-A7-A7-A7-A7-A7/D7-D7-D7- -Bm- -D - -Bm-|
1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4
|- - -Bm- -Bm- - -D - - -D - -D ----------|

What you have is right, it's just missing some notes in the chords I think, so you could look at those to fill in the gaps.

To clarify, I'm talking about this part:
e|----------------------------------------------10---10-10---|---5----|
B|-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8/-13-13--12--10--12---12-12---10---10-10---|---5----|
G|-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9/-14-14--11--11--12---12-12---11---11-11---|---6----|
D|---------------------------------12---12-12---12---12-12---|---7----|
A|---------------------------------10---10-10---12---12-12---|---7----|
E|----------------------------------------------10---10-10---|---5----|

I honestly don't have a guitar on hand at the moment, but playing through the chords on a ukulele, what I suggested sounds a lot closer than just playing the notes you have listed. It's an upbeat song, but you've tabbed a bunch of minor thirds. Those are actually just a part of the dominant 7th chords played that give the riff such a cool, fun (and a bit jazzy) sound.
