Bridge: you can keep doing the tab for the chorus; to end the bridge end on the 7th fret 
on D string (note of Ab)

First half of chorus after the bridge is just the patttern for the verse. Then it fades into this:

back to normal chorus. Then ones(vocals), and song ends. Pretty simple!

I think you tabbed the strings backwards.. but it's pretty acurate :) thanks for the tab!
