Essentially, you did a decent job. You missed a couple of passing chords here and there, but you got the essence of the song. Having said that, you also have a wrong chord listed. In the chorus and the outro, you listed an E, but it should be an Em. Have another listen and I think you'll hear it. We're in the key of D major, so Em would be diatonic and it sounds better. Other than that, good job, dude.
