Its right except for the bridge. The 5 chord needs to be a 5/7 making the "E" a "E/G#". There are also quite a few walk downs to the 5 chord thrown in there so watch out. Just to be clear the recording key is B and the chord names I mentioned are in regards to the capo placement.
