Song: Feb 15th(Happy Birthday To Me)
Artist: Bright Eyes
Album: Collection of songs written and recorded(1995-1997)
Tuning sounds good in either Standard or half-step down.

Chords used: D: 000232
            Em7: 022030
          Dadd9: 200230
        Gm6add9: 300330
          Dsus2: 002230 or you can use A: 002220 or barred: 002222
              G: 320030 - Use 320003(during "somethings just can't waiiiiiittt")
             Em: 022000

D Em7
All eyes on the calendar
 Dadd9 Gm6add9
another year I claim of total indifference
D Em7
to here the days pile up
     Dadd9
with decisions to be made
         Gm6add9
I’m sure all of them were wrong
  D Em7
into this song, I send myself
    Dadd9 Gm6add9
and with these drinks I plan to collapse and
   D
forget this wasted year
Em7
these wasted years
Dadd9 Gm6add9
well, devoted friends, they disappear and

Dsus2 G Dsus2
I’m sorry about the phone call and needing you
                         G
some decisions you don't make
Dsus2 G Dsus2
I guess it's just like breathing but not wanting to
                                 G
there are some things you can't fake
D, Em, G
yeah, there are some things you can’t fake

well, I guess that it’s typical
to cling to memories you'll never get back again
and to sort through old photographs of a summer long ago
or a friend that you used to know
and there below his frozen face
where you wrote the name and that ancient date
that ancient date and
you can't believe that he’s really gone
when all that's left is a fucking song and

I’m sorry about the phone call and waking you
I know that it is late
but thank you for talking ‘cause I needed to
yeah, some things just can't wait
some things just can't waiiiiiiiiiitttttt(repeat as necessary)

That should give you a clear jist of it. If you need any help, email: henryletham9@gmail.com.

I found this video and it sounds like he is playing the 'Collection of Songs' Feb. 15th. Everything looks good on this tab except for some minor changes.

I think that instead of playing [D, Em, G] before he repeats "yeah, there are some things you can’t fake" he plays the verse chords [D, Em7, Dadd9, Gm6add9].

Also, after he finishes saying "yeah, some things just can't wait" it sounds like he is playing [D, A, G, D, A] in the structure below.

Dsus2 G Dsus2
but thank you for talking ‘cause I needed to
G D A G
yeah, some things just can't wait
D A D A G
yeah, some things just can't waiiiiiiiiiitttttt
D A D A G
yeah, some things just can't waiiiiiiiiiitttttt
D A D? Em7? Dadd9?
yeah, some things just can't wait this cant wait
Gm6add9?
this cant wait

Im not sure about the last four chords for the album version. In the video it looks like he just ends with [Dadd9, D].
