Based on the Nervous Energies session, the A chords should all be Am (played as open chord, although it sounds good enough as just an A5 power chord). The F* chord is an F/E power chord, which they play as xx255x, and the F' is an F5 played in the same position on the neck (xx355x). In certain parts of the Nervous Energies session, he plays the C as a Cadd9, but I think that one is exclusive to the session performance, I don't hear a D note ring out on the record. Everything else looks perfect!
