I've been wandering around the house all night
C Csus4
wondering what the hell to do
              Dm G C Csus4

[Chorus]

                 Dm F C G

             Dm F C G
the days go on and on - and the nights just seem so long
                           Dm F C G
even food don't taste that good - drink ain't doing what it should
                     Dm Bb G
things just feel so wrong - baby when you're gone

[Verse]

            Dm G
i've been driving up and down these streets
C Csus4
trying to find somewhere to go
              Dm G C Csus4

          Dm G C Csus4
this is torture - this is pain - it feels like i'm gonna go insane

             Dm F C G
the days go on and on - and the nights just seem so long
                           Dm F C G
even food don't taste that good - drink ain't doing what it should

This song has two main guitar parts; the acoustic intro and basically the rest of the song. To "get it right" (in sound and feel) it should be capo'd at the 3rd fret with the verse then being Bm, E, A and chorus Bm, D, A, E. I've played this song live for years and capo'd is how it was done on the record and you can hear the difference in sound (nice bright strat sound). If two guitars are playing it the rhythm should play open chords and lead guit capo'd.
