I did this song a long time ago, but I would hate to hear it done that way^
spacing in this box ain't gonna be right, but the chords are

I took off 3 stars for one error: the chord during the words "Kind woman" is F#m, as daddymack states in his 8/11/2013 comment, not C#m. It's just one error, but it's pretty glaring; try playing it both ways to see for yourself.
