[Intro]
D#5, F5, D#5, F5, G5

[Verse 1]
Gm D# F
With blood shot eyes, I watch you sleeping
Gm D# F
The warmth i feel besides me, slowly fading
Gm D# F
Would she hear me, if I called her name?
Gm D# F
Would she hold me, if she knew my shame?

[Pre-Chorus]
Gm D# F
There's always something different going wrong
Gm D# F
The path I walk is in the wrong direction
Gm D# F
There's always someone fucking hanging on
Gm D# F
Can anybody help me makes things better?

[Chorus]
D#5 F5
Your tears don't fall, they crash around me
D#5 F5 G5 F5
Her conscious calls, too guilty to come home
D#5 F5
Your tears don't fall, they crash around me
D#5 F5 G5 F5
Her conscience calls, too guilty to come home

[Verse 2]
(repeat)
The moments died, I hear no screaming
The visions left inside me are slowly fading
Would she hear me, if I called her name?
Would she hold me, if she knew my shame?

[Pre-Chorus]
Gm D# F
There's always something different going wrong
Gm D# F
The path I walk is in the wrong direction
Gm D# F
There's always someone fucking hanging on
Gm D# F
Can anybody help me makes things better?

[Chorus]
D#5 F5
Your tears don't fall, they crash around me
D#5 F5 G5 F5
Her conscious calls, too guilty to come home
D#5 F5
Your tears don't fall, they crash around me
D#5 F5 G5 F5
Her conscience calls, too guilty to come home

[Solo]
Gm, D#, F

[Chorus] (x3)
D#5 F5
Your tears don't fall, they crash around me
D#5 F5 G5 F5
Her conscious calls, too guilty to come home
D#5 F5
Your tears don't fall, they crash around me
D#5 F5 G5 F5

Not quite right. A useful help, though. During the pre-chorus, the first and third line are played with Gm only, and 2nd and 4th line have D# and F.

Furthermore, in your verses the chords don't match the lyrics. For example:

Gm D# F
"Would she hear me, if I called her name."

Geesh, this stupid box ignored my spaces. The Gm belongs to "hear", ghe D# to "called" and the F to "name".
