I feel like both guitars should be in the same tuning, regardless of Drop C, or D standard.

Also, in the main riff, the second bar when the pull-offs/hammer-ons are they're just X's on my screen. This is not the only time it occurs.

I sometimes use these X's as palm mutes. The reason for that is because the actual tool for palm muting in GP6 doesn't always mute the sound enough to make it sound like a real one (or at least I think so). Anyhow... if the X's are confusing, you can remove them (to see what note it really is) by marking everything in the tab and pressing X on your keyboard.
