It's the same 4 chords the entire time.
Capo: 7th fret

                    C
When the house was standing

                    E7
You'd never have believed it

                     F
When the house was standing

                    G
You'd never have believed

                C
The bricks and mortar

     E7
Have all given way

    F G
At first they resisted but then they began to sway

C E7 F G C
How can you say forever is at your command

          E7 F G
How can you say the future's in the palm

In the palm of your hand

It's the same for the rest.

Lyrics:

When the house was standing
You'd never have believed it
When the house was standing
You'd never have believed
That gaping hole was once a foundation
Where you stand now were tools in the basement
How can you say forever is at your command
How can you say the future
Is in the palm
The palm of your hand

The chords are all wrong. It should start with a G not a C. I'll figure out the correct chords and post a new tab...
