Rainy Days And Mondays:
The Carpenters.

[Verse 1]

CM7 Em A A7
Talkin' to my..self and feelin' old,
Dm7 GM7 Dm7 GM7
sometimes I'd like to quit, nothing ever seems to fit.
Am7 CM7 Dm7 Am7
Hangin' around, nothing to do but frown,
Dm7 G C FM7 CM7 FM7
rainy days and Mondays always get me down.

[Verse 2]

CM7 Em A A7
What I've got they used to call the blues,
Dm7 GM7 Dm7 GM7
nothin' is really wrong, feelin' like I don't belong.
Am7 CM7 Dm7 Am7
Walkin' around, some kind of lonely clown,
Dm7 G C FM7 CM7 FM7
rainy days and Mondays always get me down.

[Chorus]

Am7 F Dm7 C
Funny but it seems I always wind up here with you..
Em F Dm
nice to know somebody loves me.
Am7 F Dm7 C
Funny but it seems that it's the only thing to do,
Em F Dm G G7
run and find the one who loves me...the one who loves me.

[Verse 3]

CM7 Em A A7
What I feel has come and gone before,
Dm7 GM7 Dm7 GM7
no need to talk it out, we know what it's all about.
Am7 CM7 Dm7 Am7
Hangin' around, nothing to do but frown,
Dm7 G C FM7 CM7 FM7
rainy days and Mondays always get me down.

[Chorus]

Am7 F Dm7 C
Funny but it seems I always wind up here with you..

nice to know somebody loves me.
Am7 F Dm7 C
Funny but it seems that it's the only thing to do,
Em F Dm G G7
run and find the one who loves me...the one who loves me.

[Verse 4]

Don't know why someone only rated this a two. The only thing is a missing G chord which was likely omitted by mistake. Anybody with ears would pick up on that immediately. The 'two rater' didn't give his/her name..why am I not surprised? Iggy.
