its just a c to Bb, but he plays it as a C# to B with his git tuned down a half step. dunno why he would post it like this, but just watch the video. he goes from the fourth fret to he second, not the first, until the last chord before the chorus. the chorus the camera is on the hoff so it's harder to make out. it sounds right except the f# is just a regular ol' F.
