Too many folks cannot hear the difference between a Major chord and a Minor chord, sadly. Consequently, the Comments Section gets clogged with a lot of, at best, guesses about the harmonies. More ear training is required, in formal and self teaching environments, and this problem will be eradicated. The composer of this toon was steeped in the English Music Hall traditions of song and his grasp of melody and harmony are the products of that exposure.

Thanks for posting!
Fm (F minor) is the right chord in the song, but it is marked as (133211). This is F major. F minor would be (133111)
