Forgot to say capo on 3rd fret

Second to last line in chorus "Or is it a love song" should be an E7

Good tab. Yes, there should be a capo on the 3rd fret. I think the Am, in the verse, should played as Am7 and D played as D/F#. Otherwise, spot on. Good work on this!
