Theoretically speaking its not a D# chord but a Eb Chord, and not a Cm chord but a Bbm chord, but doesn't really matter for the average guitarist i guess

Theoretically speaking, it doesn't make any difference..and there's no
Bbm in the whole song. Check it out on YouTube and you'll see I'm right. KK.
