There are a lot of good tabs but some were concidered by many not
specific enough, this is a live version / tabbed improv.
It sounds nice, takes a little more practice but totaly worth it.
Timing is key on the intro and exact timing isn't written perfectly
on this tab. Carefull about the "intro lick", it's not quite a repeat.
Only the intro is "fully detailed", how the rest is played is up to you.
(Some picking instead of strumming sounds pretty nice)
The full chords are given but sometimes it's only the top 4 strings, or
bottom 3, etc.. Most of the time the 1st tring e is "muted".

*&* you don't need to hold down that note once it's played
+ : repeat fallowing note quickly
~ : let ring
/ : slide up
h : hammer on
p : pull-off
x : muted

  Lyrics

So let's face it, this was never what you wanted
But I know it's fun to pretend
Now blank stares and empty threats
Are all I have,
n they’re all I have

So drown me, n if you can
Or we could just have conversation
and I fall, I fall, I fall down
But I found you before I drift away

Now you still speak of day old hate
Though your whole world has gone up into flames
And isn’t it great to find that you’re really worth nothing
And how safe it is to feel safe

So drown me, n if you can
Or we could just have conversation
And I fall, I fall, I fall down
But I found you before I drift away, away

The things we do just to stay alive
The things we do just to stay alive
The things we do just to stay alive

The things we do just to keep ourselves alive.

definatly the timing for the licks/ intro is very important to get the right sounding tune. Chord/tab thingers sound really well with the words and it's also crutial to get the right timing with the switching of chords--------------------GREAT---TAB------ :)
