Capo 5. I couldn't figure out the tab but these are the chords. They seem pretty accurate.

A2 (I don't know the actual name of the chord)
------
-0----
-0----
-2----
-2----
-0----

D A D A
           Good times for a change

                             Bm
           See the luck I've had

                      G A A2 A
Can make a good man turn bad

           G A
           So please, please, please

                 Bm A G
Let me, let me, let me

                          A Bm
Get what I want, this time

       G A D
Get what I want, this time

Haven't had a dream in a long time
See, the life I've had
Can make a good man bad

So, for once in my life
Let me get what I want
Lord knows it would be the first time
Lord knows it would be the first time

Haven't had a dream in a long time
See, the life I've had
Can make a good man bad

So, for once in my life
Let me get what I want

G A Bm
Lord knows it would be the first time (x3)

G A
Lord knows it would be the first time.

The chords are pretty decent, but I think the A-A2-A bit might just be an A played with a few hammer-ons on the b string 3rd fret.
And the little notes played along with the chords on the intro are something like:
e-----------------------------------------
b-----------------------------------------
g--2-----------------------2--------------
a-----2--0--2--0--2--0---------2--2h4---0--
