This is just the basic chords if you want a simple place to start for singing the
song acoustically.

Key of B Major

~ VERSE 1 ~

        E B E B
We're a thousand miles from comfort, we have traveled land and sea
        E B G#m F#
But as long as you are with me, there's no place I rather be
E B E B
I would wait forever, exulted in the scene
    E B G#m F#
As long as I am with you, my heart continues to beat

F# E
With every step we take, Kyoto to The Bay
Strolling so casually
F# E
We're different and the same, gave you another name
Switch up the

G#m, F, E

E B
If you gave me a chance I would take it
E B
It's a shot in the dark but I'll make it
E B
Know with all of your heart, you can't shame me
G#m F# E
When I am with you, there's no place I rather be

(Just alternate between E and B)
N-n-n-no, no, no, no place I rather be [3x]

~ VERSE 2 ~
We staked out on a mission to find our inner peace
Make it everlasting so nothing's incomplete
It's easy being with you, sacred simplicity
As long as we're together, there's no place I rather be

hey cheers mate been trying to work this out for a couple of days and this is damn near perfect, cpl of possible corrections (well more opinions so please dont be offended)

1) switch it to a Eb tuning or cappo on 4th to take out some annoying bar chords and be able to play it in open chords

2) I Think the F after the G#m is an F# (try shifting it up a semi tone play it with the cappo and see)

like i say just oppinions other than that its perfect :)

Cheers mate, yeah I couldn't find it anywhere either, as I say it's just a basic pattern that I've gone for, you can sing over the top quite comfortably.

Yes the F is a mistake, of course you are right it is supposed to be F#.
