Album: PROSPEKT'S MARCH EP

STANDARD TUNING - CAPO 2 (Scroll down for No Capo Version)

VERSE:
Am F
Smoke is risin' from the houses
Am F
  People buryin' their dead
Am F
I asked somebody what the time is
Am F (Cmaj7)
But time doesn't matter to them yet
F Am (Cmaj7)
  People talking without speaking
F Am (Cmaj7)
Tryin' to take what they can get
F Am
I ask you if you remember
D F
  Prospekt how could I forget

PRE-CHORUS:
C
Drums!
        Am
Here it comes!
F
Don't you wish your life could be as simple
As a fish swimming round in a barrel
      D
When you've got the gun
Dm7 C
Oh and I run
        Am
Here it comes!
            F
We're just two little figures in a soup bowl
Tryin to get beyond a kind of control
    Dm Dm/F
But I wasn't one

CHORUS:
           G (Em) F
Now here I lie on my own in a separate sky
           G (Em) F
Now here I lie on my own in a separate sky
              G
I don't wanna die
      (Em) F
On my own here tonight
           G (Em) F
Now here I lie on my own in a separate sky...

End on C.

for "here it comes", it should be an Em not an Am. same goes for the un-capo-ed version which should be Fm instead of Bm. otherwise, nice tab.

This song is played with a capo on the seventh fret and the high e string tuned to d. You chord names are partially accurate.
