[Verse 1]

         F# E
I wanna live life, never be cruel,
         F# E
I wanna live life, be good to you.

 BM F# E
I wanna fly, never come down,
     BM F#
And live my life,
                   E
And have friends around.

[Chorus]

A E
We never change, do we?
A E
We never learned to leave,

[Verse 2]

BM F# E
So I wanna live in a wooden house,
              F# E
I wanna live life, always be true,
               F# E
I wanna live life, and be good to you,
BM F# E
I wanna fly, and never come down,
       BM F# E
And I live my life, and have friends around.

[Chorus]

A E
We never change do we? No, no,
A E
We never learned to bleed,

[Verse 3]

BM F# E
So I wanna live in a wooden house,
BM F# E
Making more friends would be easy.

BM E
O I don't have a show to say,
BM E
Yes, and I sing of a single day,

[Chorus]

F# E
We never change do we?
F# E
We never learned to leave.

[Outro]

    BM F# E BM
So, I wanna live life in a wooden house,
   BM F# E BM
Making more friends would be easy,
 BM F# E BM
I wanna live where the sun comes out

yeah its definatley f#m, and if you add a hammer on on the base note every once in awhile it sounds neat, version three is definately the most correct but i think this is better just for playing around the camp fire and such...lol more simple, good job

It's good. I think they play an F sharp minor (barred on the second fret,) except they leave the second string open, and don't play the first string. After that they play the E, but they still don't play the first string. Also, in the chorus, it goes from Amaj, to C#min, I think. Not to E. C#min is the relative minor to E, so it makes sense that it might sound like E, but if you listen to the song, the base is definitely a C#.
